TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• If the subject is a minor you must be legally able to give consent for the minor child.

• No images or products shall be provided before payment is made in full.

• Cameras, including phone cameras, and recording devices may not be used during our session.

• There is no guarantee of the number of images presented from a session. Many factors contribute to this, including the cooperativeness of the subject.

• As an artist, I reserve the right to artistically interpret what I see and in what ways I choose to photograph a scene. This may mean that some shots are colour, some are B&W etc and images

presented to the client are the only images available. RAW files and unedited images will NOT be provided or sold.

• The Photographer shall own the copyright in all images created and shall have the exclusive right to make reproductions. The Photographer shall only make reproductions for the Client or for the Photographer’s portfolio, samples, self-promotions, entry in photographic contests or art exhibitions, editorial use, or for display within or on the outside of the Photographer’s studio.

• I agree that Tilly Jayne Photography may use images for any lawful purposes, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content. If you do NOT wish for your images to be

used online please advise the photographer on the day of your session

• Due to the bespoke nature of prints/albums/wall art all sales are final.

• In the unlikely event of total photographic failure (corrupt cards/harddrives etc), injury or sickness beyond the photographers control, their liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies paid.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

• Images must not be edited/altered in any way including adding filters or effects via instagram/social media.

• Upon paying your deposit you are agreeing to the terms and conditions listed above, failure to comply may result in the termination of the session and future business with Tilly Jayne Photography.
